Kafe Kreative
The short bit is that Kafe Kreative opened in 2004 as a unique and attractive family cafe in Cherkassy, Ukraine. We were the first cafe offering smoothies, the first offering brownies and proper apple pie, and the first to offer free wi-fi for our customers. We worked for five years from 10am until 10pm until May 2009 when we got hit by the financial crisis that swept the world, and we stopped the day-to-day cafe service.
But that the longer bit is that we then transformed the cafe into a venue for all kinds of events. Today it is used for corporate events, weddings, meetings, and of course for our own events that happen regularly throughout the week. Two evenings a week it is used for youth meetings, one morning a prayer breakfast - it is in an easily accessible location and can seat 60 people, or 40 people for a sit down meal.
